Rainbow Breathing Board

A beautifully crafted rainbow breathing board, designed to help adults and children practice the art of mindfulness and gratitude. As you trace around the spiral you may focus on their breathing and find a sense of calm. They can do this with their finger or by pushing a small wooden ball around the board.

Handmade. Our Spiral board is crafted from solid beech wood and finished in a natural raw oil. Dimensions: L25cm x W14.5cm x D2cm.  All our products are UKCA and CE tested.

One small wooden ball is included -Caution age 3+ as small parts are a choking hazard.  Made in United Kingdom.
